“inhabitant/inhabited” is a project by a group of young photographers from the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation Archive, that involved the town of Taibon.
Three artists (riccardo banfi, teresa cos and luigi leaci) were in residence in Taibon. Their works focused on places and people who inhabited the town. the other artists (martina della valle, the duo laura lovatel and federica menin, emanuele marcuccio and the collective blauer hase) suggested works linked to the proposed theme, but from a wider perspective.
“inhabitant/inhabited” presented the connection between a space and those who live it, ihabit it, enjoy it. It’s a complex relationship, in some ways obsessive. Those who live in a place repeatedly undergoes these influences, it’s inhabited by them.
